CtrlCopy is a secondary market reseller of pre-owned and brand-new luxury goods. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or an official dealer of any luxury brand whose products we resell, including but not limited to Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and others. All brand names are used solely to accurately describe the pre-owned items being sold.
All items listed on CtrlCopy have been physically inspected by our authentication team. We represent, to the best of our knowledge and expertise, that all items are authentic. Product descriptions including condition, colour, hardware, and dimensions are provided in good faith based on our physical inspection.
While we maintain rigorous authentication standards, CtrlCopy's liability for authenticity disputes is limited to the purchase price of the item and our standard returns process.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected via our secure checkout or concierge payment process. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and logistics conditions. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, undamaged condition with all original packaging and security tags intact. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
